Raymond Crouse, Jr.
President


Mr. Crouse is the President and co-founder of The Synergy Hospitality Group, LLC. Mr. Crouse began his hotel career over 23 years ago and brings to the team a wealth of experience in general hotel operations, sales and marketing, multi-property management, and back of the house. He started his career as a night auditor and quickly rose through the ranks of the industry. Mr. Crouse was appointed his first General Manager position with Journey’s End Hotel Corporation in Ontario, Canada where he was recognized with the company’s highest award, General Manager of the Year from over 110 locations. From there, Mr. Crouse has held various senior-level positions from Area Manager to Vice-President of Operations overseeing 7 franchise resorts in the highly competitive Orlando market. Mr. Crouse has been honored to work for prestigious brands such as Choice Hotels International, Hilton Hotels, and Marriott Hotels and Resorts.  Included in Mr. Crouse’s diverse experience is converting 3-resorts in the Orlando market into ‘Condo-Hotels’ taking the projects from conception to completion. Mr. Crouse holds several officer and board positions with community associations throughout the Orlando area and is also well-educated in the real estate arena. In addition, Mr. Crouse brings to the table several strong partnerships with the Walt Disney World ® Resort Good Neighbor program, AAA, and leading room night providers throughout the United States and abroad.

Mr. Crouse works to continually improve our company and expand our services and portfolio to better serve our VIP clients. Mr. Crouse has been recognized by his peers as a 'hands on partner' and promotes a win/win philosophy of doing business with Team Synergy.


Peggy Gallup, CAM CMA
Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Gallup is TSHG’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Association Management. Mrs. Gallup brings to the table over 30-years of development and hospitality accounting and association management experience. She began her career as a Project Account for Trafalgar Developers of Florida in 1977 and over the next 13-years she worked her way up through the ranks and held various positions including Manager of Field Accounting and Property Manager. For the next 17 years, Mrs. Gallup held various executive accounting positions with prestigious companies such as Hilton Grand Vacation Club, Sunterra, and Starwood Hotels. Most recently, Mrs. Gallup served as the Chief Financial Officer for Runaway Beach Club Holdings which converted the Runaway Bay Apartments into a resort community called Runaway Beach Club.

Mrs. Gallup is a member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager in the State of Florida. She has also served in many leadership roles with the Institute of Management Accountants – Mid-Florida Chapter including President from 2002 through 2003.

Mrs. Gallup received her MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park and holds a BA in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
